Spanish rider Luis Fernández with Fosca de Ibio won the Small GP and Welsh rider Bernard Briand riding Utopya took first place in the Small Class.
The CSI** will finish tomorrow with three classes, one of which is the GP that has 24.600 euros in prize money. The Sunshine Tour itself begins next week.
British rider Kayleigh Watts riding Winde, won the 1.40m Big Class today at Montenmedio. She finished on a time of 31.36 sec, one second faster than Belgian rider Ugo Berrittella with Cavaluna Z, who took second place. Matthew Sampson (UK) with Sheyenne 27; French rider Bernard Briand with T’Es Ok Minotais and German rider Holger Wenz with Campino 461 completed the placings in a class of 81 entries.
Spanish rider Luis Fernández Gil-Fournier rising Fosca de Ibio, won a very fast, 13 competitor jump off, in the 1.35m Small GP. British rider Mathew Sampson took second place with Ebolensky and Dominique Joassin with Cado de Greenbay, took third.
In the Small Class Bernard Briand with Utopya took first followed by Kayleigh Watts riding Fashion V, and in third Irish rider Derek McCoppin riding Whiterock Lucky Lady.
This 2* competition finishes tomorrow, Saturday, with three classes starting at 09:00 and a GP class with 24,600 euros in prize money.
