The Tour is at its half way point now and the Young Horses are continuing to demonstrate their progress with good results today, in all of the age groups.

The 5yr old class was held on grass and had 45 entries and over 30 clears in each section (A and B). The 6yr old class was also held in one of the new grass arenas, No:16, the “Arrayán”.  57 horses jumped with over 40 clears in both of the sections. This arena is named after the KWPN owned and trained by Armando Trapote and sold on to the international Spanish rider, Sergio Álvarez Moya.  This combination won the final of the World cup in Omaha, USA in 2017.  The pair also won the Grand Prix in the Global Champions Tour, Cannes, in the same year.  The horse has now been sold on to the Colombian rider Carlos López.

The 7 yr old class was a two phase, special.  Section A was won by the Olympic Belgian rider on the BWB “Massimo”.  Second and third were taken by British riders Jessica Hewitt and Max Routledge.  In Section B of the class Omer Karaevli, from Turkey, was once again on winning form this time with“Mendocino”.  The Spanish rider Patricia Segura was third on “Champs D’Or”.Escribe aquí tu cuerpo para la noticia
